Rabi Lamichhane's Court Hearing in Cooperative Fraud Case.

The leader of Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rabi Lamichhane, has been ordered by the Chitwan District Court to be kept in police custody and brought to court tomorrow at 10 AM. The bench of Judge Dayaram Dhakal has issued this order regarding the cooperative fraud case.

 A case was filed against Rabi Lamichhane in the Chitwan District Court on Tuesday in connection with the cooperative fraud case. Today, five lawyers represented the government in the court. From Rabi Lamichhane's side, only one lawyer represented him in the case. Now, one more lawyer remains to plead on behalf of Lamichhane, and three lawyers are yet to present arguments from the victim's side.
