Gold prices in Nepal have surged by Rs 2,200 per tola today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, the price of 24-carat gold has reached Rs 1,66,900 per tola on Wednesday, marking a significant increase from the previous day's rate. 

On Tuesday, gold had already risen by Rs 1,900 per tola, reaching Rs 1,64,700.

Silver prices have also gone up by Rs 45 per tola. As of Wednesday, silver is being traded at Rs 1,975 per tola while it was Rs 1,930 on Tuesday. 

The continuous rise in gold and silver prices reflects market trends influenced by global factors and local demand.
