Minister Kulman Ghising Assures Timely Parliamentary Elections

Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kulman Ghising has asserted that the government will hold the House of Representatives election on the scheduled date, stating that all necessary preparations are underway.

Speaking at the first district gathering and office inauguration of the Ujyalo Nepal Party in Manthali, Minister Ghising said the Ujyalo Nepal campaign, launched just a month ago, has now transformed into a political party with growing reach across the country.

He expressed confidence that the new party has shown the courage to challenge long-established parties that are 70–80 years old, with the aim of winning a majority and forming a government.

Ghising also said that after getting the opportunity to be part of the government formed following the Gen-Z movement, he has worked in a different and more proactive manner compared to previous ministers.
