Gold prices climbed by Rs 300 per tola on Monday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
With the increase, fine gold now trades at Rs 253,500 per tola, up from Rs 253,200 on Sunday.
Silver prices also edged higher, gaining Rs 5 per tola to reach Rs 3,280, the federation reported.
