Body of Sabin Maharjan, Killed in Pro-Monarchy Protest, Returned to Family

The body of Sabin Maharjan, who was killed during a pro-monarchy protest on March 28, has been handed over to his family.
 

Maharjan, from Kirtipur-4, was shot and killed during the violent protest.
 

Initially, his family refused to take the body, demanding justice for his death and fair compensation.
 

After a post-mortem at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj, the body was returned to the family today.
 

Sabin's last rites will be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat later today, according to his friend Rajendra Baniya.
