Weather Remains Clear Across Nepal, Mild Winter Day Expected

The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology says there are no major weather systems affecting Nepal right now.

The weather will stay mostly clear across the country this afternoon. Tonight, some areas in the high hills and mountain regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces may see partly cloudy skies. In the rest of the country, the weather is expected to remain clear during both the day and night.

In the Kathmandu Valley, the lowest temperature was 6°C at 5:45 am. The highest temperature today is expected to be between 17°C and 19°C, making it a pleasant winter day.

Weather experts advise people to be careful during the cold mornings and evenings, especially in higher areas. During the daytime, the weather will be sunny and comfortable.
