Speaker Calls MP Shrestha Three Times, But She Doesn’t Respond

During the Zero Hour session in the House of Representatives on Tuesday, Speaker Devraj Ghimire called on Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) MP Sumana Shrestha to speak, but she did not respond.

He called on her three times, but there was no answer. After that, he moved on and gave the floor to MP Suhang Nembang.

Earlier, on Monday, Shrestha had wanted to raise the issue of the death of Nepali student Prakriti Lamsal at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. However, the Speaker did not allow her to address this matter.
