Pushpa Kamal Dahal urges government to ensure safety of Nepalis in Middle East

Pushpa Kamal Dahal, coordinator of the Nepali Communist Party, has asked the government to take strong steps to protect Nepali citizens living and working in the Middle East.

He expressed serious concern over the growing tension in the region after attacks on Iran by the United States and Israel. Dahal said the situation could become more serious and affect many countries in the region.

He said the safety of hundreds of thousands of Nepalis working in Middle Eastern countries is the top priority. As the situation may directly impact them, he urged the Government of Nepal to stay alert, take necessary diplomatic actions, and make proper arrangements to ensure that no Nepali citizen is harmed.
