Kathmandu Valley saw a slight rise in temperature on Wednesday compared to the previous day.

The Weather Forecasting Division said the minimum temperature was 8°C at 5:45 am on Wednesday. At the same time on Tuesday, it was 6.1°C. However, the official minimum temperature recorded at 8:45 am on Tuesday was 5.8°C.

The Division explained that the official minimum temperature for Wednesday will also be recorded at 8:45 am and may be a little lower than the early-morning reading.

The Weather Forecasting Division records minimum and maximum temperatures every day across the country, including Kathmandu. The minimum temperature is measured at 8:45 am, and the maximum temperature is measured at 5:45 pm.

The minimum temperature shows the coldest point of the day, while the maximum temperature shows the warmest point.
