NRB Releases Latest Currency Exchange Rates

Nepal Rastra Bank has published today’s foreign exchange rates, setting the buying and selling prices for major international currencies.

According to the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at Rs 144.13 and sold at Rs 144.73. The euro has a buying rate of Rs 169.94 and a selling rate of Rs 170.65. Similarly, the UK pound sterling is being bought at Rs 196.85 and sold at Rs 197.66, while the Swiss franc stands at Rs 185.25 for buying and Rs 186.02 for selling.

Among other major currencies, the Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 101.01 and sold at Rs 101.43. The Canadian dollar has been fixed at Rs 105.38 for buying and Rs 105.82 for selling. The Singapore dollar is trading at Rs 113.42 on the buying side and Rs 113.89 on the selling side.

In Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen are being bought at Rs 9.24 and sold at Rs 9.28. The Chinese yuan has a buying rate of Rs 20.77 and a selling rate of Rs 20.86. The Saudi Arabian riyal is being bought at Rs 38.43 and sold at Rs 38.59, while the Qatari riyal is trading at Rs 39.54 for buying and Rs 39.71 for selling.

The Thai baht is fixed at Rs 4.57 for buying and Rs 4.59 for selling. The UAE dirham is being bought at Rs 39.24 and sold at Rs 39.41. Likewise, the Malaysian ringgit stands at Rs 36.65 for buying and Rs 36.80 for selling.

For other currencies, 100 South Korean won are being bought at Rs 9.94 and sold at Rs 9.98. The Swedish kronor is trading at Rs 16.10 for buying and Rs 16.16 for selling, while the Danish kronor has been set at Rs 22.75 for buying and Rs 22.85 for selling.

The Hong Kong dollar is being bought at Rs 18.45 and sold at Rs 18.52. The Kuwaiti dinar has a buying rate of Rs 471.86 and a selling rate of Rs 473.83. Similarly, the Bahraini dinar is being bought at Rs 382.31 and sold at Rs 383.90, and the Omani rial at Rs 374.39 for buying and Rs 375.95 for selling. Meanwhile, the exchange rate for 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
