A complaint has been filed against Prem Kumar Rai, the Chief Commissioner of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).
The complaint was submitted today at the CIAA office by Yuvraj Paudel (Saphal), who identifies himself as an activist.
In the complaint, Paudel has demanded an investigation and action against Rai for his alleged involvement in various scandals, including the wide-body aircraft case, Nepal Oil Corporation land scam, and the fake Bhutanese refugee case.
