Weather: Partly Cloudy Skies and Light Snowfall Likely

The Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported that western and local winds are having a partial impact across the country.

Currently, the weather is partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces, while the rest of the country is mostly clear.

By the afternoon (April 2), skies will be partly cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces. The rest of the country will experience a mix of partly cloudy to mostly clear skies.

There is also a chance of light snowfall in a few areas of the high hills and mountains in Koshi and Gandaki provinces.

Tonight, the weather will remain partly cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to mostly clear skies.
