Travel Disruption: Kanti Lokpath Closed from June 4 to 7

The Kanti Lokpath, the main road connecting Kathmandu and Hetauda, will be completely closed for four days. The Makwanpur District Administration Office announced that the road closure is necessary to install a Bailey bridge over the Bagmati River at Baguwa. This bridge is currently under construction, and the installation work requires the road to be fully blocked. 

According to a notice issued by Assistant Chief District Officer Rajendra Prasad Kadel, the road will be closed from Jestha 21 to 24 (June 4 to 7). During these days, all vehicles traveling between Kathmandu and Hetauda are advised to use alternative routes to avoid delays.

The administration requests the public to cooperate and plan their travel accordingly during this period.
