Supreme Court Orders Retrieval of Cooperative Fraud Case Files Linked to Ravi Lamichhane

The Supreme Court has ordered the retrieval of case files in the cooperative fraud case involving Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party) Chairman Ravi Lamichhane.

The order was issued by the Butwal bench of the High Court, Tulshipur, concerning the cooperative scam linked to Lamichhane. The complete case files of the Supreme Cooperative Fraud Case are currently with the Supreme Court, prompting the High Court bench to request the retrieval of relevant documents, according to Ram Bahadur Kunwar, the public information officer of the Butwal bench.
