Gold Crosses Rs 250,000 per Tola Again, Silver Also Rises

Gold prices in Nepal have surged past Rs 250,000 per tola, reaching Rs 250,200 on Thursday, up by Rs 5,900 from Wednesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The international market also reflected this upward trend, with gold climbing above USD 4,200 per ounce, approaching its record high of USD 4,381 per ounce.

Silver prices followed suit, increasing by Rs 170 per tola to Rs 3,345, marking continued gains in precious metals both locally and globally.
