Shram Sansar Portal Inaugurated

On the occasion of the 136th International Workers' Day, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli launched the 'Shram Sansar' portal.

The launch took place during a special event organized today by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security. PM Oli said the portal was developed to bring labor and employment services closer to the people and to make these services easily accessible to all Nepalis.

He mentioned that the portal will soon be linked with the Nagarik App to further improve public access.

PM Oli also called on everyone to respect labor and unite for building a prosperous, socialist-oriented Nepal.

He extended best wishes to all hardworking Nepalis, both at home and abroad, on the occasion of International Workers' Day.

He added that this year’s ILO theme, “Safety and Health of Workers, Digitalization and the Future of Work,” is highly relevant for Nepal as well.
