The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) fell slightly on Monday, losing 3.44 points (0.13 percent) and closing at 2,620.39. This follows another small drop of 8.14 points in the previous trading session.
The market opened at 2,618.33 and went as high as 2,630.36 during the day. It also dipped to a low of 2,604.79 before settling at the final number.
A total of 18.4 million shares were traded in 65,884 transactions involving 319 companies. The total trade value reached Rs 7.63 billion.
Radhi Bidyut Company Ltd (RADHI) stood out as the top performer in terms of trading volume, with transactions worth Rs 76.05 crores. Its share price closed at Rs 700.
