Prime Minister Oli Inaugurates Ratuwa Bridge on Hulaki Highway

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today inaugurated the newly built Ratuwa Bridge, which connects Jhapa and Morang districts. The bridge is part of the Gauriganj–Ambari section of the Hulaki Highway.

The inauguration was held at an event organized by the Directorate of Postal Road under the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport.

During the event, Prime Minister Oli emphasized the need to speed up development works. He said, “It’s unfortunate that even with rivers nearby, farmlands still lack irrigation. We must fix such issues and aim to eliminate poverty from the country within the next 15 years.”

He also urged local governments to modernize and commercialize agriculture, and to lead by example through innovative efforts.
