PM Oli Chairs First Meeting of Good Governance Commission

The High-Level Good Governance Commission, led by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, is holding its first meeting today at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar.

According to PM Oli’s personal secretary, Roshni Meche, the meeting will discuss current actions and future plans to improve good governance in the country.

The Cabinet had decided to form this commission on April 20, with Prime Minister Oli as its head.

Other members of the commission include Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, and Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ajay Kumar Chaurasiya, among others.

The commission aims to help set clear goals and guide policy changes to make the government more transparent, responsible, and efficient.
