Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced fuel prices starting today. Petrol prices have been cut by NPR 3 per litre, while diesel and kerosene have been reduced by NPR 1 per litre.
Under the new rates, petrol will cost NPR 153.50 per litre in first-category cities like Biratnagar, Janakpur, Nepalgunj, and Birgunj; NPR 155 in second-category areas such as Surkhet and Dang; and NPR 156 in third-category cities including Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal. Diesel and kerosene prices are now NPR 133.50, 135, and 136 per litre for the first, second, and third categories, respectively.
