NRB fixes today’s foreign exchange rates, US dollar traded at around Rs 144

Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign exchange rates for today (Friday). According to the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at Rs 144.18 and sold at Rs 144.78.

The European euro is fixed at Rs 167.74 for buying and Rs 168.44 for selling. Likewise, the UK pound sterling is being bought at Rs 193.53 and sold at Rs 194.33, while the Swiss franc stands at Rs 180.07 for buying and Rs 180.82 for selling.

Similarly, the Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 96.57 and sold at Rs 96.97. The Canadian dollar has a buying rate of Rs 103.74 and a selling rate of Rs 104.17, while the Singapore dollar is fixed at Rs 112.00 for buying and Rs 112.47 for selling.

For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen are being bought at Rs 9.10 and sold at Rs 9.13. One Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs 20.69 and sold at Rs 20.78. The Saudi Arabian riyal is fixed at Rs 38.44 for buying and Rs 38.60 for selling, while the Qatari riyal is being bought at Rs 39.45 and sold at Rs 39.61.

The Thai baht is being bought at Rs 4.60 and sold at Rs 4.62. The UAE dirham has a buying rate of Rs 39.25 and a selling rate of Rs 39.42. The Malaysian ringgit is fixed at Rs 35.56 for buying and Rs 35.71 for selling. Similarly, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is Rs 9.82, while the selling rate is Rs 9.86.

Among European currencies, the Swedish krona is being bought at Rs 15.68 and sold at Rs 15.75, while the Danish krona stands at Rs 22.45 for buying and Rs 22.54 for selling.

In the same way, one Hong Kong dollar is being bought at Rs 18.49 and sold at Rs 18.56. The Kuwaiti dinar is fixed at Rs 471.48 for buying and Rs 473.45 for selling. The Bahraini dinar is being bought at Rs 382.43 and sold at Rs 384.02, while the Omani rial has a buying rate of Rs 374.51 and a selling rate of Rs 376.07.

Meanwhile, Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the buying rate of 100 Indian rupees at Rs 160, while the selling rate is Rs 160.15.
