NEPSE Sees Slight Increase

Nepal’s stock market saw a slight increase today, with the NEPSE index rising by 2.95 points, or 0.11%.

A total of 8,939,348 shares were traded, with 117 companies seeing their stock prices go up, 117 companies’ prices falling, and 10 companies’ prices staying the same.The total trading value for the day was Rs 4.34 billion.

The Trading sector had the biggest gain, rising by 28.05 points. Other sectors with good gains included Microfinance (up 27.27 points), Finance (up 27.16 points), and Non-life Insurance (up 24.86 points).

On the other hand, Development Banks saw the biggest loss, dropping by 36.56 points, followed by Manufacturing, which fell by 29.89 points
