Determined to keep their series hopes alive, the Nepali women’s national cricket team will take on Malaysia today in the fourth match of the five-game T20 series. Malaysia currently holds a 2–1 lead, meaning a victory today would seal the series for them, while Nepal needs a win to force a decisive final game.

Nepal began the series with a close three-run loss, narrowly missing a chase of 105 runs. They bounced back in the second match, comfortably chasing 91 runs to level the series 1–1. However, in the third T20, Malaysia once again took control, setting a 121-run target and restricting Nepal to 107/8, claiming a 13-run win.

Led by captain Indu Barma, Nepal will look to level the series 2–2 today before heading into the final match on October 8, which could decide the series outcome.
