National Unity and Prosperity Highlighted on Prithvi Jayanti, Speaker Ghimire Pays Tribute to Founder

On the occasion of Prithvi Jayanti and National Unity Day, Speaker of the dissolved House of Representatives, Dev Raj Ghimire, called for strengthening Nepal’s national unity, mutual harmony, and prosperity.

In his message, Ghimire paid tribute to Prithvi Narayan Shah, the nation’s founder, for his pivotal role in uniting small states to form an independent and sovereign Nepal. He extended best wishes to all Nepalis at home and abroad, saying Shah’s visionary leadership and patriotic spirit remain an enduring source of inspiration.

The Speaker emphasized that the teachings and ideology of Prithvi Narayan Shah would continue to guide the country toward self-reliance, national welfare, and unity.
