Madhes Province Chief Approves Two Key Financial Bills

Sumitra Subedi Bhandari, the Chief of Madhes Province, has officially approved two important financial bills recently passed by the Madhes Province Assembly. The first bill focuses on implementing the financial proposal of the Madhes Province Government, while the second bill allows the use of money from the Madhes Province Reserve Fund for the fiscal year 2025/26. Her approval was given under Article 201(2) of the Constitution of Nepal, which gives the provincial chief the authority to endorse bills passed by the assembly.
