Himalayan Everest Insurance Decides to Distribute 8.75% Dividend

Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited has decided to distribute dividends including taxes. The company is set to provide a cash dividend of 8.75% of its paid-up capital, including taxes. 

As of now, the company's paid-up capital stands at 2 Arba 50 Crore 1 Lakh 75 Thousand and 400 Nepali Rupees. The company has announced to allocate 21 Crore 87 Lakh 63 Thousand and 773 Nepali Rupees as dividends. 

To approve the proposal and distribute the dividend, the company will be conducting a general meeting from 11 AM at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu, on the coming Falgun 27. This meeting will finalize the decision and ensure the dividend distribution process.
