Harka Sampang Calls for Nation-Building Over Party Politics

Calling for a people-driven movement to rebuild the nation, Labour Culture Party coordinator Harka Sampang said his focus is on nation-building rather than party politics.

Addressing a public meeting organized by the party in Butwal, Rupandehi, on Saturday, Sampang said he is not campaigning to form a party or recruit cadres, but to mobilize citizens against injustice, oppression and corruption.

He said true development would be possible if every individual contributes through work, and criticized the growing reliance on foreign aid for basic infrastructure such as roads and bridges, warning that it has weakened national self-respect.

Sampang urged people to unite to restore Nepal’s fading national dignity and promote self-reliance.
