KATHMANDU — The interim government has announced that those who lost their lives during the recent Gen-Z protests will be officially recognized as martyrs.
In a statement, officials said the families of the deceased will receive Rs 10 lakhs in compensation, while those injured during the demonstrations will be provided with full medical treatment.
The decision aims to honour the sacrifices made by citizens during the movement and provide support to affected families.
