Gold and silver prices in the Nepali market have soared to historic highs once again today, setting new records in a single day.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold jumped sharply by Rs 20,500 per tola compared to the previous trading day. With this surge, fine gold is being traded at Rs 339,300 per tola, marking the highest price ever recorded in Nepal’s gold market. On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 318,800 per tola.
Silver prices have also increased notably. The price of silver rose by Rs 205 per tola today, reaching Rs 7,505 per tola. On the previous day, silver was traded at Rs 7,300 per tola.
The sudden and significant rise in precious metal prices has drawn attention across the market, with traders and consumers closely monitoring further movements in the coming days.
