Westerly Winds Bring Cloudy Skies, Light Rain and Fog Across Parts of Nepal

The Meteorological Forecasting Division says the westerly wind system is still affecting the country, causing slight changes in the weather in some areas.
Today, the high hilly and mountainous regions will mostly remain cloudy. Other hilly areas will see partly cloudy skies. There is a chance of light rain and snowfall at one or two places in the high hills and mountains of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces.

In the Terai region, many areas are likely to experience mist and fog.

Tonight, the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces will remain partly cloudy, while the rest of the country is expected to have mostly clear weather.

There is also a possibility of light rain and snowfall at one or two places in the high hills and mountainous areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces during the night.
