West Indies Names Squad for T20I Series Against Nepal in UAE

West Indies has unveiled a 15-member squad for the upcoming T20 International series against Nepal, which will be played in the United Arab Emirates from September 27 to 30.

The squad features a blend of seasoned players and rising talents, many of whom stood out during the recent Caribbean Premier League. Senior stars have been given a rest, making way for youngsters eager to prove themselves on the international stage.

All-rounder Akeal Hosein will lead the side, supported by experienced names like Jason Holder, Kyle Mayers, and Fabian Allen. Adding fresh energy to the squad are promising players such as Jewel Andrew, Jediah Blades, and Ackeem Auguste, while newcomers Navin Bidaisee and Zeeshan Motara will look to seize their opportunities.

Nepal, led by Rohit Paudel, had already announced its squad earlier. For Nepal, the series is a chance to gain valuable experience against a higher-ranked opponent, while for West Indies, it’s an opportunity to test new depth in their lineup.
