The order of Donald Trump to dismiss the right to citizenship based on birth has been temporarily blocked by the US court.
The judge ordered that Trump’s order is unconstitutional, which is why it should not be implemented right now, as per BBC. As he began his second term as president, Trump announced that his administration would stop granting U.S. citizenship to children born in the U.S. to individuals who entered the country illegally. However, it appears that the Trump administration will face legal challenges over this matter.
Meanwhile, Trump has ordered a ban on 1,500 soldiers as part of immigration enforcement at the border and is preparing to deploy 10,000 soldiers.
