US Ambassador Dean R. Thompson Pays Farewell Call on President Paudel

US Ambassador to Nepal, Dean R. Thompson, paid a farewell visit to President Ram Chandra Paudel on Thursday.

According to Ritesh Kumar Shakya, spokesperson for the Office of the President, the meeting took place at the President’s Office in Sheetal Niwas.

During the meeting, they talked about the long-standing relationship between Nepal and the United States, along with issues of shared interest and concern.

President Paudel thanked Ambassador Thompson for his service during his time in Nepal and wished him success in his future work.
