T20 Series: Nepal's Second Win In A Row

Nepal has secured its second consecutive victory in the T20 series currently underway in Hong Kong. In the match held this morning (April 10), Nepal defeated Kuwait by 6 wickets.

In the first match, Nepal had defeated Qatar by 8 wickets on April 9. With this, Nepal, currently at the top of the standings, has collected four points. Nepal will now play its final league-stage match against the host team Hong Kong on Saturday.

Chasing a target of 186 runs set by Kuwait, Nepal achieved it in 18.5 overs, losing only four wickets. Kushal Bhurtel scored the highest with 81 runs, while Aasif Sheikh contributed 53 runs. Hong Kong's Yasin Patel took two wickets.

Earlier, after losing the toss and being sent to bat first, Kuwait scored 185 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted 20 overs at the Mission Road Ground.

Kuwait’s Clinton Anto scored the highest with 41 runs, followed by Meet Bhavsar with 35 runs. Nepal’s Sompal Kami took the most wickets, claiming three.
