Silver Hits Record High, Gold Also Gains

Silver prices hit a new record in the domestic market on Wednesday, crossing Rs 4,000 per tola for the first time.

It rose by Rs 170 to trade at Rs 4,055 per tola, marking the second record within a week.

Gold also increased by Rs 700 per tola to Rs 259,700, though it remains below its all-time high of Rs 260,700. The rise is attributed to global market trends and strong demand.
