Gold Price Drops by Rs 1,000, Silver Rises Slightly in Local Market

Gold and silver prices in the local market have changed slightly compared to last Friday. The price of gold has decreased by Rs 1,000 per tola, while the price of silver has increased by Rs 25 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold is now Rs 298,900 per tola. Silver is being traded at Rs 5,300 per tola.

Last Friday, gold was priced at Rs 299,900 per tola and silver at Rs 5,275 per tola.

In the international market, gold is trading at around US$ 4,715 per ounce, while silver is around US$ 80 per ounce, according to market reports.
