Siddhartha Premier Insurance Announces 30% Dividend for Shareholders.

Siddhartha Premier Insurance has announced to provide a 30% dividend to its shareholders from last year's profit. 

The company's board of directors held a meeting yesterday, February 4, and declared to distribute a 30% cash dividend, including tax. To implement this proposal, the Nepal Insurance Authority must first approve it and it must be passed through the upcoming general meeting of the company. Only then can the shareholders receive the dividend. 

In the previous year, the company had distributed an 11% cash dividend, which clearly shows that the dividend rate has been increased by the company, which is good for the shareholders.
