SEE 2026 Scheduled Nationwide from April 2–12

The National Examination Board (NEB) has announced that this year’s Secondary Education Examination (SEE) will be held across Nepal from April 2 to 12, 2026. According to the schedule, compulsory English will be held on April 2, compulsory Nepali on April 3, and compulsory Math on April 5, followed by Science on April 6 and Social Studies on April 7. Optional first papers are scheduled for April 8, and optional second papers on April 9. Exams for technical subjects, including both old and new courses, will take place on April 10, 11, and 12, said Tuk Raj Adhikari, the examination controller for Class 10.

This year’s SEE has been delayed by about 12 days compared to previous years due to the House of Representatives election on March 5. A total of 517,000 students are registered to take the exam, which will be conducted nationwide under the supervision of the NEB.
