Rishabh Pant Fetches Rs 27 Crore Bid

Rishabh Pant has become the most expensive Indian player in the history of IPL, breaking the record previously held by Shreyas Iyer.

In the ongoing mega auction, Lucknow Super Giants purchased Pant for rupees 27 crore, setting a new record. This marks the second time in one auction that two players have received such high bids.

Before this, Rishabh Pant was the captain of Delhi Capitals, but he was released by the team ahead of the mega auction. Pant is known for his explosive batting and wicket-keeping skills.
