Ramesh Lekhak's opposition against the false accusations in the Rabi case.

Home Minister, Ramesh Lekhak, strongly disagrees with the rumor of Rabi Lamichhane being mistreated in the investigation process. In today’s program conducted in Surkhet, he clearly expressed his views regarding unnecessary influence in the judicial process. 

The members of Rastriya Swatantra Party are spreading false accusations all over the media. There is not a single piece of evidence. The members are completely going against the 'Rule Of Law'. It is our duty to let the court and investigators do their work without any interference. The home minister further says that Rabi Lamichhane is not the only one who is being investigated, many other people involved in cooperative case are also investigated in the same manner. And the investigations must be done fairly. 

The home minister, Ramesh Lekhak is satisfied with the legal process because it is being carried out according to the provisions mentioned in our constitution. There is not a single moment where government seems to be mistreating Rabi Lamichhane. It is their duty to find out the truth behind the case. 

The home minister further criticized the chairman of the Maoist Centre, Puspha Kamal Dahal for saying unnecessary statements regarding the Rabi Lamichhane's case. The government is serious in upholding the human rights for everyone. So, the way Prachanda accused the government's actions, it seems inappropriate to Ramesh Lekhak.
