NRB Publishes Today’s Foreign Exchange Rates

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the official foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, one US dollar is bought at NPR 136.99 and sold at NPR 137.59. For the euro, the buying rate is NPR 160.12 and the selling rate is NPR 160.82. One British pound is bought for NPR 185.20 and sold for NPR 186.01. The Swiss franc is being exchanged at NPR 171.97 for buying and NPR 172.72 for selling.

The Australian dollar is being bought at NPR 90.21 and sold at NPR 90.60, while the Canadian dollar stands at NPR 100.06 for buying and NPR 100.50 for selling. For the Singapore dollar, the rates are NPR 107.04 for buying and NPR 107.50 for selling. In the case of the Japanese yen, the rate for 10 yen is NPR 9.32 for buying and NPR 9.36 for selling. The Chinese yuan is bought at NPR 19.11 and sold at NPR 19.20.

Among Gulf currencies, the Saudi riyal has a buying rate of NPR 36.53 and a selling rate of NPR 36.69. The Qatari riyal is bought at NPR 37.59 and sold at NPR 37.75. The UAE dirham is traded at NPR 37.30 for buying and NPR 37.46 for selling, while the Kuwaiti dinar is at NPR 448.24 for buying and NPR 450.20 for selling. The Bahraini dinar has a buying rate of NPR 363.38 and a selling rate of NPR 364.97. Similarly, the Omani rial is exchanged at NPR 355.84 for buying and NPR 357.40 for selling.

The Thai baht is available at NPR 4.22 for buying and NPR 4.24 for selling. The Malaysian ringgit is traded at NPR 32.21 for buying and NPR 32.36 for selling. The South Korean won has a buying rate of NPR 9.96 and a selling rate of NPR 10.01. The Swedish kronor is exchanged at NPR 14.36 for buying and NPR 14.42 for selling, while the Danish kronor is bought at NPR 21.46 and sold at NPR 21.55. The Hong Kong dollar stands at NPR 17.45 for buying and NPR 17.53 for selling.

Lastly, the rate for 100 Indian rupees is NPR 160.00 when buying and NPR 160.15 when selling.
