Pokhara Win, Gaus Scores Century

Pokhara Avengers achieved a remarkable 10 wicket victory against Lumbini Lions in the second match of Friday's Nepal Premier League. Chasing a target of 171 runs set by Lumbini after batting first, Pokhara chased it down effortlessly in just 16.5 overs, without losing a single wicket.

Andris Gaus, representing the USA but originally from South Africa, played a excellent role by scoring the first century of this edition of the NPL. Gaus reached his century in just 54 balls, finishing with an unbeaten 104 runs from 55 balls, including 12 boundaries and 5 sixes. His opening partner, Dinesh Kharel, provided valuable support, scoring 61 not out from 46 balls, which included 4 fours and 4 sixes.
The Pokhara Avengers played really well and secured a great win, making it a match to remember in the tournament.
