NRB Updates Currency Rates: Pound and Aussie Dollar Cost More, Euro and Kuwaiti Dinar Drop

Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Monday). 

According to the update, the rates for the US dollar and Bahraini dinar have remained the same as yesterday. However, the euro and Kuwaiti dinar have slightly decreased in value, while the Australian dollar and British pound have become slightly more expensive. 

Today, 1 US dollar can be bought for Rs 136.3 and sold for Rs 136.9, with no change from the previous day. The euro’s buying rate is Rs 153.31 and the selling rate is Rs 153.99, which is a slight drop from yesterday. The British pound is being bought for Rs 181.35 and sold for Rs 182.15, a small increase compared to yesterday. The Australian dollar’s buying rate is Rs 87.4 and the selling rate is Rs 87.78, also showing a slight rise. The Kuwaiti dinar can be bought for Rs 444.3 and sold for Rs 446.26, a small decrease from the previous rates. Meanwhile, the Bahraini dinar remains unchanged, with a buying rate of Rs 361.52 and a selling rate of Rs 363.11.
