Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign exchange rates for today, Friday. As per the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at Rs 143.65 and sold at Rs 144.25.
The euro is being traded at a buying rate of Rs 168.73 and a selling rate of Rs 169.44. Likewise, one UK pound sterling is bought at Rs 193.55 and sold at Rs 194.36. The Swiss franc has been fixed at Rs 181.26 for buying and Rs 182.02 for selling.
According to NRB, the Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 95.85 and sold at Rs 96.25, while the Canadian dollar is traded at Rs 104.67 for buying and Rs 105.10 for selling. The Singapore dollar stands at Rs 111.70 for buying and Rs 112.17 for selling.
For 10 Japanese yen, the buying rate is Rs 9.17 and the selling rate is Rs 9.21. The Chinese yuan is traded at Rs 20.54 for buying and Rs 20.63 for selling. Similarly, the Saudi Arabian riyal is being bought at Rs 38.30 and sold at Rs 38.46, while the Qatari riyal is traded at Rs 39.30 for buying and Rs 39.47 for selling.
NRB has set the buying rate of one Thai baht at Rs 4.56 and the selling rate at Rs 4.58. The UAE dirham is being bought at Rs 39.11 and sold at Rs 39.28. In the same way, the Malaysian ringgit is traded at Rs 35.43 for buying and Rs 35.57 for selling.
The buying and selling rates of 100 South Korean won are Rs 9.97 and Rs 10.01, respectively. One Swedish krona is being bought at Rs 15.59 and sold at Rs 15.66, while the Danish krona is traded at Rs 22.59 for buying and Rs 22.68 for selling.
According to the central bank, one Hong Kong dollar is being bought at Rs 18.46 and sold at Rs 18.53. The Kuwaiti dinar is traded at Rs 466.61 for buying and Rs 468.56 for selling. Likewise, the Bahraini dinar is being bought at Rs 381.06 and sold at Rs 382.66. The Omani rial stands at Rs 373.60 for buying and Rs 375.16 for selling.
Nepal Rastra Bank has also fixed the exchange rate of 100 Indian rupees at Rs 160 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
