NOC Sells Cooking Gas Directly Amid Shortages

Nepal Oil Corporation Starts Selling Cooking Gas Directly to Public

Due to complaints about cooking gas shortages, Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has started selling LPG cylinders directly from its Teku office in Kathmandu.

Many people had reported that cylinders were not available at regular dealer shops. To help the public, NOC set up a sales counter at its office.

Consumers who use Nepal Gas, Everest Gas, or Sugam Gas which are currently in short supply can now collect cylinders directly from Teku.

The gas will be sold daily from 10 am to 4 pm until the supply situation improves.
