Newly Appointed Ambassadors Take Oath Of Office

The newly appointed ambassadors to five countries, took the oath of office on Wednesday.

President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath to them. The ambassadors who took the oath are Seva Lamsal, the Nepali ambassador to Belgium; Dr. Netra Prasad Timilsina, the Nepali ambassador to Malaysia; Prakashmani Paudel, the Nepali ambassador to Portugal; Prof. Kapilman Shrestha, the Nepali ambassador to South Africa; and Sumina Tuladhar, the Nepali ambassador to Denmark.

Following the government's recommendation and the approval of the parliamentary hearings committee, President Paudel appointed them as ambassadors. They took the oath during a ceremony held at Sheetal Niwas today.
