New Foreign Exchange Rates Announced

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released today’s foreign exchange rates. According to the new rates, one US dollar can be bought for Rs 143.82 and sold for Rs 144.42. The euro is priced at Rs 167.54 for buying and Rs 168.23 for selling, while the British pound costs Rs 191.54 to buy and Rs 192.34 to sell.

The Swiss franc is available at Rs 178.74 for buying and Rs 179.48 for selling. Likewise, the Australian dollar trades at Rs 95.49 for buying and Rs 95.89 for selling.

For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen are valued at Rs 9.25 for buying and Rs 9.29 for selling. One Chinese yuan costs Rs 20.35 to buy and Rs 20.43 to sell.

The Saudi Arabian riyal is trading at Rs 38.29 for buying and Rs 38.45 for selling. The Qatari riyal is at Rs 39.47 and Rs 39.63, while the Thai baht stands at Rs 4.51 and Rs 4.53. The UAE dirham is priced at Rs 39.16 for buying and Rs 39.32 for selling, and the Malaysian ringgit at Rs 34.97 and Rs 35.11.

The South Korean won is trading at Rs 9.80 for buying and Rs 9.84 for selling. The Swedish kroner is at Rs 15.28 and Rs 15.35, and the Danish kroner at Rs 22.43 and Rs 22.52. The Hong Kong dollar costs Rs 18.48 to buy and Rs 18.56 to sell.

Among the higher-value currencies, the Kuwaiti dinar is set at Rs 468.45 for buying and Rs 470.41 for selling. The Bahraini dinar trades at Rs 381.51 and Rs 383.10, while the Omani riyal stands at Rs 373.55 for buying and Rs 375.11 for selling.

For Indian currency, 100 Indian rupees can be bought for Rs 160 and sold for Rs 160.15.
