Nepali Congress Leaders Hold Final Talks at Deuba’s Home

Important talks to resolve the ongoing conflict within the Nepali Congress have started at party President Sher Bahadur Deuba’s home in Maharajgunj.

The meeting is happening while the election for the party’s Special General Convention is still underway at Bhrikutimandap.

Deuba has called this meeting as a “final round of talks” and invited General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwa Prakash Sharma.

Leaders from the main faction, like Bal Krishna Khand and Ramesh Lekhak, are attending. Leaders from Shekhar Koirala’s group, including Dr. Minendra Rijal, are also present.
