The minimum temperature in the Kathmandu Valley dropped below 3 degrees Celsius on Wednesday morning.
According to the Weather Forecasting Division, the temperature in Kathmandu was recorded at 2.7°C at 5:45 am. At the same time on Tuesday, it was slightly higher at 3.0°C.
On Tuesday, the lowest temperature of the day was officially recorded at 2.8°C at 8:45 am. Today’s official minimum temperature will also be measured at 8:45 am, and it is expected to fall even more.
The Weather Forecasting Division measures the minimum and maximum temperatures every day in different parts of the country, including Kathmandu. The minimum temperature is recorded at 8:45 am, while the maximum temperature is recorded at 5:45 pm.
The lowest temperature recorded in a day is called the minimum temperature, and the highest is called the maximum temperature.
