Nepal to Play Second T20 Practice Match Against Sri Lanka ‘A’

The Nepali men’s cricket team, preparing for the ICC T20 World Cup, will play their second T20 practice match against Sri Lanka ‘A’ on Thursday.

The match will take place at the Colts Cricket Club Ground and will start at 2:15 pm local time.

Nepal lost the first practice match on Tuesday by six wickets. Batting first, they scored 186 runs, but Sri Lanka ‘A’ chased the target in 18 overs, losing four wickets.

Nepal is currently in Sri Lanka for pre-World Cup practice. The third and final practice match against Sri Lanka ‘A’ will be on Saturday.

After Sri Lanka, Nepal will go to India to play three T20 practice matches against the MCA President’s XI in Mumbai.

The ICC T20 World Cup will be held in India and Sri Lanka starting February 7. Nepal will play their first World Cup match against England on February 8.
